Movers delivered our home goods today. They were all amazing. Nice and hard working. Set all the beds and dressers up. Very careful and gentle with boxes. They put boxes in designated rooms. And spent time looking and finding "missing" items. Very professional men and woman. Super appreciative. If we can request movers through army moving I will be requesting this company. Thank you so much.

I’m giving this company five stars without hesitation for their service back in November 2024. When I was getting out of the military, the process was a mess, not because of the moving company, but because the military completely dropped the ball. They have a system where you’re supposed to go through them to set up your move, but after nearly a month of back-and-forth, nothing was scheduled. On top of that, the military never even told me the correct process for setting up my move. I kept getting the wrong information and was repeatedly given the wrong phone numbers for the military personnel handling the release of my belongings from non-temporary storage. Frustrated, I decided to call the moving company directly. I explained my situation, including the fact that my snow tires were in storage and I needed them before a big snowstorm in Colorado. They immediately understood and went out of their way to help. Within three days, they had delivered my belongings just in time before the storm. Russ and Travis were professional, efficient, and made sure everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was stress-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This company went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service.

BLUF; Colorado Springs, Bailey’s moving and storage Julius and Jack did an excellent job packing and wrapping my non-temporary storage household goods. They wrapped my brand new washer and dryer in moving quilts. Then they put cardboard over the glass screens, taped everything down and then encased the entire wrapped package in wrapping plastic wrap. I wish that they were the company that is going to move my household goods. Next week. They did an exemplary job, and I believe they exceeded the industry standard, in every respect, including attention to detail, attitude, and industriousness. My highest recommendation.

Baileys made our move from Denver CO to Tampa FL extremely stress free. They were organized in all aspects of the move, very professional in both sides of the move, and fair priced. I would recommend Baileys to anyone preparing for a move in the future. Organized and extremely professional in managing our move.

Miller & Steven were incredibly pro & kind humans. They took great care of my things & were extremely accommodating. Cannot recommend enough. Moving from Colorado to California & they were exacting to every detail.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Vince, Des, and Steven were the guys who helped pack my things up into the truck and they did a great job and were quick! I have not had the opportunity with this company to drop things off yet, but will update once that happens! For now, everything was smooth and a breeze! They were definitely very helpful as it was my first time ever moving!

I just moved from COS to Missouri and used Bailey’s Moving to make the move. From the beginning, Bailey’s made the move easy and as stress-free as moving can be. Connor was my Sales Rep but he stayed involved during the entire process. Vivian was my coordinator and kept in contact with me even after I received my shipment. She navigated the process and made sure no hiccups occurred. My CO movers had great attitudes and took great care of my stuff. My Semi Driver, Michael, managed the moving staff, Ann’s worked his tail off on both the loading & packing side of the move but also on the receiving end. He must be a master at Tetris as the truck was loaded perfectly, nothing shifted and I don’t think you could have fit anything else on the truck if you tried. On the receiving end, not only were things received without damage, but the crew listened to me, put things in rooms as directed, and set furniture in the correct spots, but they worked as a team, great attitudes and all 5 were hard workers. While I hope I never move again, if I do, I wish Bailey’s would be available here as I can’t imagine the process being any easier. I highly recommend you use Bailey’s in Colorado Springs as I don’t think you will be disappointed

Moving is stressful whether short or long distance. However, my recent Aurora to neighboring town move was made seamless by the team at Bailey’s. At each contact they were reassuring, professional and accurate. From affordable quote to execution of move they were spot on. There were no surprises. I greatly appreciated that and the care they took to ensure all arrived safe and sound. If you are looking to move and want a straight forward and secure experience, call Bailey’s. They were great. Norm was spot on from walk through to quote to charge. There were no surprises. Everything was explained along the way and questions answered. Not his first rodeo-Norm was great.

I just want to mention by name the team that made my move fabulous. They are Jomayne, Desmond, and Shayden. These boys were kind and courteous from the get go. They were positive even though I had some really heavy furniture. They are super strong! I also want to give a shout out to Vivian and Connor. With their guidance, everything went smoothly. They let me know what to expect from the move, and the best part is that they will be with me all the way to the end. I recommend Bailey's Moving and storage in Colorado Springs without reservation.
